Part-Time (Extra-Help) $40 per hour
Are you passionate about helicopter repair and maintenance and looking for part-time work? The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Air Support Unit (ASU) is hiring for the position of Helicopter Mechanic. This is a part-time (extra-help) position, working on an as-needed basis, paying $40 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be a citizen of the United States or a lawful permanent resident who can read and write the English language; high school diploma or GED. Must possess and maintain a current airframe and power plant mechanics (A&P) certificate from the FAA, PLUS have an equivalent to at least three (3) years of full-time experience as an FAA Certified Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic engaged in performing maintenance and alterations, with experience working on turbine powered helicopters. Must be able to see, hear, feel, smell, touch, speak and move about (with or without corrective devices) to perform the duties, responsibilities, tasks, and essential functions required or assigned to this position. No adult felony convictions. A valid driver’s license is required at the time of application and must be retained throughout employment.
