[ARCHIVED] Amber Alert Endangered Juvenile Danika L. Packard

Danika Packard

Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Deputies are attempting to locate 6-year-old Danika L. Packard who is believed to be with her mother, 35-year-old Tracy A. Packard.  Due to information received from Danika’s father, Danika may be in danger.  Tracy was last known to be driving a maroon 4-door, 2002 Buick LeSabre which was last observed traveling on I-90 eastbound at approximately 12:00 p.m. this afternoon.

The incident was reported to deputies this morning at approximately 10:30 a.m. after Danika’s school called her father and informed him Tracy just pulled Danika out of school.  He was told Tracy was acting odd and stated she was pulling Danika from school to “go be with the Lord”.

Deputies began checking possible locations, including the family’s homes in Spokane Valley, but were unable to locate Danika, Tracy or her vehicle.  The vehicle was seen traveling eastbound on I-90 at approximately 12:00 p.m. and deputies have been working with other law enforcement agencies to check possible locations in North Idaho.

Danika’s father stated Tracy has been acting strangely over the last few days.  He stated this behavior is not normal at all and is fearful for Danika and Tracy’s safety.

Danika is described as 4’00”, 55 pounds with brown hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a pink or purple top.

Tracy is described as 5’06”, 170 pounds with brown hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue hoody with white lettering.

Tracy’s vehicle is a maroon 4-door, 2002 Buick LeSabre with tinted windows bearing Washington license plates 934YVS.

Anyone with information regarding the location of this vehicle, or has seen Danika or Tracy Packard, is urged to call 911 immediately.
