Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Traffic Investigators are requesting your help regarding a hit and run auto/pedestrian collision that occurred on Friday September 30, 2016 just prior to 11:30 p.m. on Sullivan Road in Spokane Valley. On September 30, 2016 just before 11:30 p.m., citizens reported a northbound vehicle hit an adult male as he crossed Sullivan Road eastbound, just north of Sprague Avenue. The vehicle fled the scene, northbound on Sullivan, leaving the victim severely injured and lying in the street.
Deputies responded to the scene as additional units began looking for the suspect vehicle. Traffic Unit Investigators were called to continue the investigation.
The suspect vehicle was described as a white Honda sedan but a Nissan vehicle logo was located at the scene of the incident. Investigators have been unable to locate any surveillance video that could assist them with this investigation and are requesting the public’s help.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a white Honda or Nissan sedan with front end, hood or windshield damage and was possibly occupied by more than just the driver.
Investigators believe, in addition to the suspect, there are people who have information regarding this incident where the victim suffered serious injuries but have not come forward.
