Introduction to Women’s Self-Defense

DATE:                        February 25th, 2017 Saturday

 

TIMES:                      Morning Session: 8:00 AM – Noon

 

Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

 

LOCATION:             Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Training Center

6011 North Chase Road

Newman Lake, WA 99025

 

COST:           $25 (Due at time of registration – see mailing address below)

DESCRIPTION: This class is an introduction to Women’s Self-Defense Tactics including deterrents, avoidance, and detection of a personal attack.

Class includes hands-on portion where you will learn basic self-defense maneuvers. The Women’s Self-Defense course is open to the public. Be sure to invite your friends/family to this valuable training course.

REQUIREMENTS: Note taking material, athletic gear & shoes, water bottle and a towel.

INSTRUCTOR: The class will be led by Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Defensive Tactics Instructors.

**** Maximum class size is 20 so register early! Please mail payment as soon as you are accepted into the course. (For all females ages 13 and up.)
