Have You Seen this Custom Sport Chopper?

Spokane Valley Property Crimes Task Force Detectives are investigating the theft of this 2007 Backyard Custom Sport Chopper stolen from a parking lot in Spokane Valley.  Anyone with information regarding this motorcycle or knows of its location is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233, reference #10036633.

On March 24, 2017, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a Spokane Valley Deputy contacted a male reporting the theft of his motorcycle.  The victim stated it was parked in the rear of a parking lot located in the 12300 block of East Desmet Avenue and was stolen sometime during the day between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

The victim stated the bike is very loud and idles at over 170 decibels.  He also stated it is very heavy, making it exhausting to push, but none of the neighbors contacted heard the motorcycle start or observed anyone push it away. 

The motorcycle is described as a very noticeable, bright red 2007 Backyard Custom Sport Chopper with an L.A. Choppers style single spring seat.  There is a black Jolly Roger flag on the gas tank and “Made in the U.S.A.” stenciled on the rear fender.  The victim stated the bike is one of only 64 made and he estimated the value at over $47,000.
