Description:
This class is an introduction to Women’s Self-Defense Tactics including deterrents, avoidance, and detection of a personal attack. Class includes hands-on portion where you will learn basic self-defense maneuvers. The Women’s Self-Defense course is open to the public. Be sure to invite your friends/family to this valuable training course.
Requirements:
Note taking material • athletic gear/shoes • water bottle/towel
Instructors:
The class will be led by Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Defensive Tactics Instructors.
Maximum class size is 20 so register early! Please mail payment as soon as you are accepted into the course.
