Introduction to Women’s Self-Defense: These Classes Fill Up FAST.  Reserve your spot today.  There are two sessions, a morning class 8-12 & an afternoon 1-5pm class to choose from.

COST: $35 (Due at time of registration – see mail & email addresses below)


Payment must be received by JULY 7th to reserve your spot in class. If payment is not received by that deadline date, your spot will be opened to the first person on the waiting list. Questions: 509-477-4793

This class is an introduction to Women’s Self-Defense Tactics including deterrents, avoidance, and detection of a personal attack. Class includes hands-on portion where you will learn basic self-defense maneuvers. The Women’s Self-Defense course is open to the public, females ages 14 and over. Please invite your friends/family/co-workers/neighbors to this valuable training course. This class is led by Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Defensive Tactics Instructors.
