ROAD CONSTRUCTION
 
Bigelow Gulch Phase 5
Road closed for excavation work with local access only. End: 08/31/2020

• Progress Rd: from Forker Rd to Forker Rd

 
Blanchard Creek Road Culvert Replacement
Replace Existing Culvert-Start 6/15/2020. End: 10/31/2020.

• This work provides for the improvement of the Blanchard Creek Road. Work

includes the removal of the existing culverts and the construction of a new structure over Blanchard Creek.
 
Geiger Boulevard-Hayford Road to Soda Road
Improvement of Geiger Road includes roadway excavation, curb, drywells, signing and signals. End: 06/30/2020.

• Hayford Rd: from 53rd Av to Geiger Bv

Flaggers May Be Present (Both Directions, All Lanes): Road is open. Shoulder work, new traffic signal at Geiger and Hayford.

• Geiger Bv: from Hayford Rd to Thomas Mallen Rd

Flaggers May Be Present (both directions, all lanes): Road closed cast of Amazon. Thomas Mallen Closed. Detour using Hayford, 53rd, Electric. Amazon access via Geiger from Hayford.

• Geiger Bv: from Thomas Mallen Rd to Soda Rd

Road Closed: Road Closed to through traffic. Detour using Hayford, 53rd and Electric. Amazon access via Thomas Mallen & Geiger.
 
Mead-Mt. Spokane Sewer
Install sewer, manholes, and road reconstruction. End: 07-31-2020.

• Day-Mt Spokane Rd: from US-2 (Newport Hy) to US-2 (Newport Hy)

Road Closed: Day Mount Spokane West of HWY 2 to Freya Road closed to through traffic.
 
Mill Road-Hastings to Dartford
Road Reconstruction. End: 10/31/2020.

• Mill Road is closed from Hastings to Dartford. Access to local properties will be

maintained. Detour using Hastings, US395, Wandermere and Dartford.
 
Liberty Lake Eastside Water Improvements
Replace water line on Neyland. End: 09/30/2020.

Asphalt overlay on Mullinix Rd, from the Cheney City Limits on south to Martin Rd. Expect
flaggers and lane restrictions. End: 06/04/2020.

• Mullinix Rd: from UPRR Crossing #31222 (Cheney City Limits) to Martin Rd

Lane Restrictions (Both Directions, All Lanes): Asphalt overlay on Mullinix Rd, from the
Cheney City Limits on south to Martin Rd. Expect flaggers and lane restrictions.
Asphalt overlay on Martin Rd, from the Mullinix Rd on west to Lincoln County Line. Expect
flaggers and lane restrictions. End: 06/04/2020.

• Martin Rd: from Mullinix Rd to Lincoln County Line

Lane Restrictions (Both Directions, All Lanes): Asphalt overlay on Martin Rd, from the
Mullinix Rd on west to Lincoln County Line. Expect flaggers and lane restrictions.
 
Crack Sealing
Crack Sealing on Day-Mt. Spokane Rd from Hwy. 2 east to Big Meadows Rd. Expect flaggers and lane restrictions. End: 06/04/2020.

Lane Restrictions (Both Directions, All Lanes): Crack Sealing on Day-Mt. Spokane Rd from Hwy. 2 east to Big Meadows Rd. Expect flaggers and lane restrictions.
 
Ditching operations
Crews will be ditching Dunn/Laurel with backhoe, ditching will be done in Valleyford and off Spring Valley Rd. Signs will be placed and flaggers used where necessary.
 
Euclid Rd Bridge Closure
Euclid Rd Bridge Closure and a detour route is in place. Work on bridge to be completed by BNSF.

• Euclid Rd: from Bridge #1508 Over BNSF to Lyons Rd.

 
Storm Drain/Culvert Cleanout
Crews will be using a Vactor Truck in the Valleyford area to cleanout culverts and drywells. End: 06/25/2020.

• Use caution when around Vactor crews watch for flaggers.
