Environmental Services Announces Online Sewer Permit

SPOKANE COUNTY, March 2, 2021 – The Environmental Services Department has launched a new online application for Sewer Permits. For the sewer permit process, the application will provide better customer service by decreasing the amount of time it takes for staff to review the information. In addition, the department will be able to track the applications, note the review and hold situations, and electronically submit the application to the county’s Building and Planning Department. This will not only improve customer service, but also provide increased accountability for the entire process.

The application is one of several solutions jointly developed by Spokane County IT and Docfinity that are helping Spokane County improve the document management process throughout multiple departments.

For more information, go to www.spokanecounty.org/es and click on “Sewer Connections” then go to “Sewer Permit Application”. For additional assistance, call (509) 477-3604.
