West Terrace Capital Improvements Project 

Work Underway - Completion Expected Spring 2023

  
SPOKANE COUNTY, November 1, 2022 – In October, Public Works awarded the contract to begin work on the West Terrace Capital Improvements Project.
 
We are pleased to announce that Corridor Contractors, LLC was awarded the Phase 1 contract. They began construction on October 17, 2022.  Storm drainage work will continue along Hayford Road, between Westbow Road and Richland Road.
 
Construction will proceed through the winter and into the spring as weather allows. As underground work is completed, streets will be repaired, replaced, and restored to a new condition.

Additional updates will be provided as the West Terrace Stormwater Improvements Project progresses and more information becomes available.
