Flooding Recedes-More Roads Opened

  
SPOKANE COUNTY, February 28, 2017 – The Public Works Department reports that two more roads have reopened in the past 24-hours.
 
OPEN:            9:10 AM, 2-28-17
                        Graham Road from Salnave Rd north to dead end.
 
OPEN:            2:40 PM, 2/27/17
                        Bradshaw Road from Starr Rd to Idaho State Line
