SPOKANE COUNTY, April 11, 2017 – This summer, the Environmental Services Department will install approximately 6,400 feet of mainline sewer in coordination with City of Spokane Valley’s Euclid Avenue Reconstruction Project. The road and sewer project area includes Euclid Avenue between Flora and Barker Roads - and Flora Road between the Union Pacific Railroad to just north of Dalton Avenue. The work includes removing the existing road surface, installing sewer mainline and sewer side services to each adjacent property and then rebuilding and repaving the road surfaces. Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2017, and be completed by October 2017.
