Project Spotlight: Stevens Creek and Glenrose Area

Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26, 2018

  
SPOKANE COUNTY, July 19, 2018 – The “Spotlight” for next week, focuses on south Spokane County. Road grinding and chip sealing will cause traffic restrictions/delays from July 23-26, 2018.  We ask motorists to plan for traffic delays, slow down, and watch for flaggers.
 
Road Grinding Stevens Creek Rd.: Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26, 2018
Spokane County crews will be grinding the existing surface to return the road to gravel.

     Stevens Creek Rd.: from Palouse Highway to North End of Road at Trailhead
     Lane Closed (both directions, all lanes): Some delays will occur due to one lane of 
     traffic. Watch for flaggers. 
 
Chip Sealing on various county roads: Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26, 2018
Chip sealing on Carnahan Rd, Glenrose Rd, 29th Ave, and 37th Ave.

     Carnahan Rd.: from 300' N of Glenrose Rd. to Spokane Valley City Limits
     Delays (both directions, all lanes): Lane Restrictions will vary. Watch for flaggers.

     Carnahan Rd.: from Spokane Valley City Limits to Kahuna Dr.
     Delays (both directions, all lanes): Lane Restrictions will vary. Watch for flaggers.

     Glenrose Rd.: from 57th Ave. to 300' S of 21st Ave.
     Delays (both directions, all lanes): Lane Restrictions will vary. Watch for flaggers.
 
     Glenrose Rd.: from 300' NW of Carnahan Rd. to Spokane City Limits
     Delays (both directions, all lanes): Lane Restrictions will vary. Watch for flaggers.

     29th Ave.: from Spokane City Limits at Havana St. to Glenrose Rd.
     Delays (both directions, all lanes): Lane Restrictions will vary. Watch for flaggers.

     37th Ave.: from Spokane City Limits to Glenrose Rd.
     Delays (both directions, all lanes): Lane Restrictions will vary. Watch for flaggers.
