Flaggers May Be Present (Both Directions, All Lanes): Intersection is open as a stop controlled roundabout, until illumination is operational.
Bigelow Gulch - Phase 4
Clearing and grubbing, house demolition, adding culverts, guardrail and pavement. *** Road Open on the South alignment. Watch for flaggers, be prepared to stop. In the next few weeks traffic will be switch to the North alignment. Completed: 09/30/19
Bigelow Gulch Rd: from Argonne Rd to Evergreen Rd

Removing asphalt concrete pavement, roadway excavation. Completed: 09/30/19

Elk Chattaroy Bridge & Approach---***** BRIDGE OPEN*****
Rehabilitation of the concrete deck by hydro-demolishing the existing slab, replacing the top reinforcing steel. The asphalt approaches will be raised to match the new deck elevation. Completed: 10/31/19

Euclid Rd Bridge Closure – After finding two critical failures in the substructure, Spokane County Public Works closed access to the bridge which is owned by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
