If a youth does not follow the requirements of his or her Diversion Agreement, the case will be referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for review, and a formal Court hearing called a Diversion Termination hearing may occur. If the Court determines that the youth failed to complete his or her Diversion Agreement, the case will proceed to arraignment and will be handled like other Juvenile Court cases. If the youth does not appear at the court hearing, the court may order a warrant for the youth’s arrest.
