Complaints concerning guardians/conservators must be in writing, on the approved form found on the Spokane County Guardianship forms page, and mailed to: Spokane Superior Court Guardianship Monitoring Program 1116 W Broadway Room 202A Spokane, WA 99260-0350 They can also be delivered to Court Administrator's Office, 3rd Floor Annex, Guardianship drop box. The court has a protocol by which the complaint will be addressed.
