The filing fees for Superior Court matters are established by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and vary based on the type of case being filed. These fees are in accordance with RCW 36.18.016. Filing fees must be paid by cash, money order, cashiers check or an attorney trust account check. The Clerk does not accept debit or credit cards.
