General Information:

The Camp Caro Lodge is typically available for reservations on a seasonal basis (beginning on or near May 1 and ending on or near September 30) and is available to rent 365 days in advance. Indoor capacity of the lodge is 75 people. As part of your reservation, you can add use of a portion of the outdoor park space which allows for a larger group size (up to 150 attendees).

Reservations during the 2023 park season will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  Please note that insurance is required for all Camp Caro Lodge rentals. Details for minimum insurance requirements can be found here.

Camp Caro Lodge is a day-use facility only. Occupancy of the lodge outside of approved date(s) and time(s) is strictly prohibited.

How Do I Reserve The Lodge?

1. Complete the Camp Caro Lodge Rental Application
2. Once your date(s) are confirmed, Spokane County staff will contact event organizers to secure payment
   *Payment is required in full for all Camp Caro Lodge Reservations
3. After payment is received your reservation is official and you'll be issued a permit via email outlining the conditions applicable to your event
4. Work with Spokane County's Risk Management Department to submit minimum event insurance requirements for Camp Caro Lodge reservation
   *The contact within the Risk Management Department is provided on the permit issued to event organizers
5. 24 - hours prior to your event please contact 509-477-4730 to schedule a time to check-out a key to Camp Caro Lodge.
   *Keys must be returned no more than 24-hours after scheduled event date. 
6. You're all done - time to enjoy your event!

NOTE: Spokane County allows individuals to check-out a key to tour the lodge. Please contact 509-477-4730 to schedule.  

2023 Pricing:

Camp Caro Rental - Lodge Only:
Weekday (Monday - Thursday): $295.00
Weekend (Friday - Sunday): $575.00

Camp Caro Rental - Lodge + Lawn:
Weekday (Monday - Thursday): $500.00
Weekend (Friday - Sunday): $775.00

Additional Consecutive Day:
*Maximum of three additional days per event unless authorized by the Director
$150.00 (per additional day)

Not-For-Profit Rate:
*Available to documented not-for-profit organizations
50% off

Cancellation Policy:

• If notification of cancellation is received from the Renter 45 days or more prior to the rental date, the full rental fee will be refunded minus the applicable cancellation fee. ($50/weekday, Monday - Thursday; $100/weekend, Friday - Sunday)
• If notification of a cancellation is received from the Renter less than 45 days prior to the rental date, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total and 50% of the remaining rental fee will be refunded.
